All known information must be submitted on each form to submit the proper RA request.

GENERAL RA RETURNS:  Push the SUBMIT RA REQUEST button below to submit your general request for an RA Number if you will be sending items back directly to PowerBass for Credit or Exchange as a DEALER or DISTRIBUTOR

DEALER FIELD DESTROY REQUEST FORM

DEALER FIELD DESTROY FORM:  Push the SUBMIT DEALER FIELD DESTROY button below to submit your Field Destroy for PRE AUTHORIZATION and RA NUMBER Assignment.  The submission will be reviewed, once the RA number is assigned you will receive an email with the number informing you you may then proceed with the field destroy process.

DISTRIBUTOR FIELD DESTROY REQUEST FORMS

DISTRIBUTOR FIELD DESTROY FORM:  Push the SUBMIT DIST FIELD DESTROY button below to submit your Field Destroy for PRE AUTHORIZATION and RA NUMBER Assignment.  The submission will be reviewed, once the RA number is assigned you will receive an email with the number informing you you may then proceed with the field destroy process. 

DISTRIBUTOR TO DEALER FIELD DESTROY FORM:  Push the SUBMIT DIST TO DLR FIELD DESTROY button below to submit your Field Destroy for PRE AUTHORIZATION and RA NUMBER Assignment.  The submission will be reviewed, once the RA number is assigned you will receive an email with the number informing you you may then proceed with the field destroy process. Note this type of field destroy requires the Dealer Address so we can ship the Exchange directly to the Dealer for you.

For General Returns the account is responsible for paying the shipping to PowerBass. If your return is found to be defective under the terms and conditions of the warranty, PowerBass will prepay the shipping back to you if Exchange is chosen or will issue Credit if chosen. If no trouble found (NTF) or the item is not under warranty, The account will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Please call (909) 923-3868 for PowerBass Customer Service. Often times we can diagnose a problem over the phone. You must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization Number) to return any product to PowerBass. The RA number must be prominently marked on the outside of the shipping carton or the delivery will be refused. Please pack your return carefully; we are not responsible for items damaged by improper packaging (see below). Return the defective product along with a copy of the RA FORM to:
