Michael Simpson's Toyota FJ Cruiser
Michael Simpson along with allot of friends and some amazing shops came together to create this insane Toyota FJ fully equipped with PowerBass gear to be on display with RBP at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, NV.
MIDNIGHT COALTRAIN's FJ started off stock but as you can tell it didn't take long for Michael to change that.... The folks over at CDT Performance and Off-road jumped in by installing the lift kit and then fitted it with RBP wheels wrapped in Tri Ace Mark Dakar Rally M/T rubber providing one mean stance on the streets or on an off-road adventure!
To give it that Bright Orange color the guys at Roxboro Autobody sprayed it on thick and wet to give it that fresh bright orange shine, while the crew at MNT Performance opted to slap on a wicked Doug Thorley Exhaust system as well as an upgrade to the headers and fuel system to give this FJ the power to prowl the Carolina backwoods with ease.
When it came to the interior and of course our favorite part the audio system, Michael opted to fit the seats with ROADWIRE leathers using PowerBass Orange diamond pattern stitching all set to match up with the custom audio additions and interior accents all installed at Evolution Auto Studio in Wallace, NC. But the finishing upholstery touches came by way of Upholstry One Trim Shop over in Wilmington, NC. for one great looking final install!
The audio set up controlled with an Insane Jeep Audio head unit, was designed to rock but still have plenty of space for cargo at the same time while still being packed full of PowerBass gear throughout the cabin.
